I ordered a LH33ZG001 igniter, received the wrong part # LH33ZS004. My neighbor wants to order the same part for his Payne furnace. Will he also get the wrong part?

Now I removed my igniter and checked the part # as a LH33ZG001. The one I received was entirely different. It was a LH33ZS004 and will not work in my furnace. How do I get it replaced with the proper part?

Sorry for the wrong shipment Daryl- you need to email in at "info@northamericahvac.com" and get an RMA number to swap it for the right ignitor. Again, sorry for the mix up- the LH33ZS004 is the most common Carrier ignitor on the market, but obviously not yours!
