circuit board for 62-24084-01

I see a new aftermarket fan control board for $144.99. It does not seem to have the 3 led lights on this aftermarket board. I am also worried that it does not fit exactly on the same pins in the housing as the OEM. I am thinking the OEM at $166 may be better. Any comments?

The oem replacement is obviously the suggested choice due to the possibility of fitment and quality being better than an aftermarket replacement. The oem is what i would suggest, but the aftermarket will also get the job done as stated by the part's manufacturer. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you!
