Unit isn't cooling

My central air unit isn't cooling. I checked to make sure there was no debris blocking my condenser and checked to make sure my condenser coil, fins, and evaporator was clean but my unit is still not cooling right. What else do I need to check or replace to get my unit cooling again. Thanks.

The first thing you will need to do is make sure that the system is operating properly mechanically. Is the outdoor fan, compressor & Indoor blower motor running when your system is calling for A/C? If so, what you are describing could possibly be a low Freon charge. Is the system running continually? Are you getting any cold air out of the vents?
